Monteagle Enhanced Equity Income Fund

The Monteagle Enhanced Equity Income Fund invests in large cap equity securities. The Fund enhances the income of the portfolio by writing call options on the equities held in the portfolio, known as covered calls. The Fund targets higher levels of current income through the combination of dividends from equity securities and premiums generated from writing options. The strategy may also, from time to time, write put options, purchase calls, and purchase puts.

Monteagle Select Value

The Monteagle Select Value Fund uses a value investing strategy developed by Parkway Advisors, LP (the Fund’s Sub-advisor) The Fund invests in the common stock of companies that the Fund’s Sub-adviser believes are underpriced relative to comparable securities determined by price/earnings ratios, cash flows or other measures. Once investments are identified for purchase, the Sub-advisor incorporates a Biblically Responsible Investment screen to exclude certain categories of companies from purchase.

Monteagle Opportunity Equity Fund

The Fund uses an investment strategy that emphasizes long-term capital appreciation and safety of principal. G.W. Henssler & Associates (the Fund’s Sub-Advisor) invests in companies that have strong balance sheets, high earnings expectations, quality management, and the potential for future growth. The Fund may invest in companies of any size and may invest up to 20% of its total assets in foreign issuers traded in the United States.

The Texas Fund

The Texas Fund invests in the common stock of companies based in Texas. Team Financial Strategies (the Fund’s Sub-Adviser) analyzes factors such as financial conditions, industry position, and market and economic conditions and trends to select investments and make buy and sell decisions. The fund may invest in small cap, mid-cap, and large cap stocks.
